    Just In Time Training

    It is commonly known that the time period following a platform change can be extremely challenging for the Help Desk and other I.T. support staff. 

    With its Just-in-Time training options and features that support the increased demands placed upon the floor support and help desk staff, TutorPro helps minimise the demands placed upon the I.T. support staff. Users can access Just In Time help by searching on the required topic and gaining access precisely to the part of the training they need, when they need it.

    Help Desk can e-mail the URL to the part of the training that the user requires.  This consolidates the answer given verbally, gives a good image of the Help Desk and encourages the user to be self-sufficient next time around.
