TutorPro's Streamlining tool TutorVision, allows a Firm to assign tutorials into specific syllabuses. A trainer can pick a relevant set of tutorials for particular groups of users. Learning becomes Group or Job specific.
There is a wide choice of different testing possibilities which make for very flexible and powerful assessment strategies. These can be mixed, skill only, exercise only, pre test, post test and finally pre and post test. A Trainer can set the desired mastery level. Individual training plans are generated based on subject mastery levels.
